Concerning pickup and/or return, we are not able to guarantee our availability especially in the tight season, which are Dec./Jan., Mar./Apr. and Jul/Aug.

During those seasons, while we will try our best to correspond to each member's needs, we generally would like to recommend a pet-taxi for your convenience and time arrangement.
